I am Marie Aschehoug-Clauteaux, a historian by training, a journalist by profession and an artist at heart.
Married, 3 children, I live in London and I am Franco-Venezuelan.
I paint mostly pastel oil.
Sometimes I make small sizes in acrylic and watercolor illustration drawings. For a year and a half, and because I really like street art, I also do chalk drawings in the street, on various media, where they can disturb the least.
Chalk to it though it is not aggressive.
It is also the most natural technique and that I can best adapt to the outside, used as I am in oil pastel.
